• A 1 Year  warranty on our used Cameras & Lenses* . Our used equipment is covered for 1 Year(Used Camera only)  from the INVOICE DATE. This warranty is not valid on replacing part in the products. If your equipment fails due to normal use, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you. We will repair  your equipment at our discretion.  This warranty does not cover intentional or accidental abuse or neglect or Damage or Water Damage. There is no express or implied warranty beyond what is stated.
• * Used  Laptops  comes with a 30 days Service warranty. We will repair the laptop if anything happens in 30 days.

What if I want to return my item?

If you would like to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving it. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible so that we may assist you and authorize your return. Sending Products in without authorization or without the proper form may delay you return.  Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received and must include all items (including boxes or accessories) that they shipped with to be eligible for a full refund. 

 

I have selected a product on your website.  How can I purchase it?

You have two options to purchase from us:

i) The easiest option is for you to order from our website. We will ship via a reputed courier along with transit insurance within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We accept  pre-paid orders from ​our website. More details about payment options are available below.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of the sale of the product.  A nominal restocking fee which varies by item is applicable on such products.

I wanted to buy a particular product but now it's no longer available.  How can I buy it now?

Most of the products we sell are unique and therefore we cannot guarantee when they will become available for sale again.  We therefore strongly recommend our customers to buy from us as soon as they see something they like.  Having said that, you can always write to us or Contact Us and let us know about a product you are interested in buying along with your budget.  Should such a product become available with us, we will make every effort to contact you before we list it on our website.

 Is EMI available to purchase product? 

Yes, we provide easy EMI options to pay for our product to all our customers. Currently EMI option is only supported on Credit Cards.

We will send you an E-mail along with an SMS the moment your product is shipped out which will contain details that directly aid you in tracking your order.

How does the delivery process work?
